ABOUT CTI or ATI -
Here i would like to clear one thing about CTI or ATI
That these words stand for respectively central training institute and advanced training institute .
After second world war it was need to skill Indian people so that they may earn their livelihood and could stand on their feet. Then by central government a scheme was launch in every sate to set up ITI ( Industrial training institute ). Where many people were to be trained in many trades. but the problem was of trainer there were no trainer to trained them. so that they could be good in their skill.
in 1948
first CTI center was set up in Bilaspur MP to train instructor of ITI so that they could provide and shared the best knowledge and skill to ITI 's (students ) trainees. Second center was set up in Maharashtra then one by one in kolkata, kanpur,ludhiana etc. But later CTI name was chenge into
ATI (Advanced Training Institute ) for more and better education & technology.
PROCEDURE FOR GETTING ADMISSION IN CTI -
Some years ago there was need for higher qualification like ITI , Apprenticeship,Graduation or post graduation to get admission in CTI because it depended on merit . Now days there is no need to apprenticeship or other education except ITI because this procedure has been changed now admission is going on entrance base. admission is taken in related trade which you have in ITI or Polytechnic. you will have to apply online for admission. Admissions are starts in the month of august and online form may be filled in april or may .
DURATION OF COURSE ( TRAINING )-
This course has been divided into four modules a module is of three months TT1,TT2,POT.ET. in these four modules are related to your trade theory third describe principle of teaching fourth clears engineering technology workshop calculation & science .
CAREER -
After completing this course you are eligible to apply for the post of an instructor government or private ITI but some state do not demand for cti course because trained instructors are not available by CTI it may be addition qualification for them .
